I think this is one of my favorite creations.

Lore:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 3 face-up Spell or Trap Cards on the field to the Graveyard. If there is a face-up Spell Card on the field, this card gains 3000 ATK. If there is a face-up Trap Card on the field, This card gains 3000 DEF. Once per turn, you can select 1 face-up Synchro Monster on the field and have this card gain that monster's effects until the End Phase.[/center][/spoiler]

Mhh, not even that bad of a card.
OCG seems right. Effect is ballanced (I love the Synchro abuse part).
Pic and name fit.
Could easily be abused by the CB(as into says).

Eer... now CBs can say bye to Hamon and run this, seems fine, thought the summoning like Hamon/Uria bothers me a bit, thought is balance
