When this card is activated all cards are destroyed. You and your opponent must remove from play all cards in your Deck that don't have "Chess Piece" in its name. All unoccupied Card Zones are treated as Monster Card Zones. When this card is destroyed, this duel ends in a draw.[/spoiler]

This card can only be Summoned if "Chess Board" is activated while there are no monsters on the field, if you control a "Chess Piece" monster with "Black" in its name, or if your opponent controls a "Chess Piece" monster with "White" in its name. When this card is on the field, you can only Summon monster with "Black" in its name and your opponent can only Summon monster with "White" in its name.[/spoiler]

I only saw the first card but it is enough you say "You and your opponent must remove from play all cards in your Deck that don't have "Chess Piece" in its name." then must of the player will loose any duel against you since must player will not use "Chess Piece" cards.. or are you saying they all should use them ?! or saying you want an new type of yu-gi-oh duels "Chess Duel" or some thing like it ?!
Anyway this card do not allow any one to use S&T cards "All unoccupied Card Zones are treated as Monster Card Zones", it destroy it self with all the cards on the field "When this card is activated all cards are destroyed." so the duel is draw as soon as this card is activated "When this card is destroyed, this duel ends in a draw.". Sadly a have no tips for you now may be later.
