Drop Sarc for a 3rd Avarice

Where are your veilers?

lol, like i said let's see if anyone knows how to run it on here.

let me tell you something about veriler mained, it's trash. d.d crow is so much better. just think. they avarice, you crow, they chimera, you crow, they debris dragon you crow and you get rid of the problem monster (dandylion or Beast). so much better IMO right now with everything relying on the graveyard.

Your arguments are terrible.

They Chimera; you veiler

They Debris; you veiler

Veiler is also a tuner and therefore much more versatile.

And tell me this, if crow is oh so much better, why don't the decks that top main or even side Crow yet they main 1-2 Veiler? Hmm?

lol, ok, but the thing is, you get rid of the threat in the graveyard. =/. why wouldn't you want to get rid of it in the graveyard, i guess you wouldn't though would you, so they could just do the same thing again next turn. crow stops more than veriler as well. your argument fails as well.

and are people who top SJCs/YCSs gods? no, lol, if they were smart they would, and as far as regionals go, i wouldn't know the statistics on every regional.

edit: also, just because somethings "popular' doesn't mean it's better than another option.

Wait, so you're just completely disregarding the only decks we can base the meta off of completely? Nice going.

And just because Crow stops more doesn't make him better. Sure he stops Vayu but who the f*** uses Veiler on a Vayu'd monster.

And just an FYI, Veiler stops much much more.

lol k, i'm not disregarding decks that top YCSs, but i'm just saying there's always other options. =/. what's so wrong with that. are you so set in your meta ways that you can't look at the positives of other options.

does veriler stop idk, GK Steele? no, does it stop avarice? no. it stops the same things other than idk, flip effects (hardly used outside of GKs) and Caius. why would you crow a Vayu? =/. i wasn't even talking about that.

k, you're right, you're so much better with Debris/quickdraw than me obv.

What else are you going to base it off? What some guy did at locals?

The YCS gives a very accurate representation of how well certain cards do in certain decks and how good the decks are. In terms of options, it's the best one.

Veiler stops ryko, spy, CFD, DAD more effectively, JD, celestia, Hyunlei, Gottoms, Sirocco, Gale and more, shall I go on?

I was using Vayu as an example. And well when you play Blackwings in G1 what else are you going to use Crow on?

And apparently I am.

yep dude, you've topped so many more regional than me and big tournaments i'm sure.

are LS even played any more in large amounts? =/ lol. so JD celestia are out of the picture, DADs hardly played, out of all those ryko and spy are the most played, but can also be stopped by Solemn Warning, so what's your point here?

Probably have. Just sayin'

And uhh they've been topping YCS and regionals, can you not read or something?

And yeah DAD isn't played at all seeing as Blackwings aren't the most played deck and all. Who the f*** Solemn Warnings a Spy or Ryko? And btw, your arguments for crow being better were Debris and Chimera, both of which can be stopped by Solemn Warning. Lmao. Just quit now.

I'm from the UK and I have 12 regional tops.

Inb4yougo13+regionaltops

And then you claim to be jeff jones

lol, go on pojo if you don't believe me, which is a bigger forum than this, and look up my sig, name, and when i last logged in if you don't believe me. =/. haha.

i have 14, topped my 2nd big tournament and the biggest event at the time with Blackwings, back when it was FTK/OTK with Dark Strike Fighter, lost to Jerry Wang in top, sorry if that's not an accomplishment.

I suspected this.

>topped during ftk format

Lol.

If you want to do things like that I went X-0 in a regional during TeleDAD but because it was teledad it doesn't really count.

so it doesn't count, because i topped in a hard format? and the biggest tournament at the time? that's cool i guess.

and teledad was one of the most skilled formats, ask any pro player and see what they say about it.

what format did you top in? like Frog FTK/LS/Sabre format? k, those are all cool formats, and any formats before those, nationals/regionals were small IMO compared to todays.

I never said it wasn't unskillful to top at all.

I implied it didn't count because anyone could top.

Formats like those put the pro player at a disadvantage because his skill level becomes irrelevant so of course they would say it was skilled.

I've been consistently topping in many previous formats, except the last one because I'm slowly fading out of the game.

Also @biggest event at the time, which event was this?

U.S. nationals, 2009. it has 1,200+ people, the biggest event at the time. what did yours have? like 500-800 people tops? probably? if you're from england?

yeah...that's why jerry wang won at the peak of the DAD format? and Cesar Gonzalez topped many SJCs in that format, and many other pro players did well in them. i'm sure.

i topped with Warrior Toolbox decks in Gladiator Beast format. =/. i topped regionals with 60 dollar decks when the "top tier" decks were $1000+, so i too have been topping consistently over the years.
