I've always found it odd that there are rather few ways that insect-types can actually swarm. You'd expect that would be a given, really.

[spoiler= Hivemind Monsters]
Hivemind Larvae
Earth; Level 1
[Insect/Effect]
You can Normal Summon this card from your Graveyard by tributing 1 face-up monster on your side of the field with 'Hivemind Drone' in its name. When this card is successfuly Normal Summoned, you can add 1 Continuous Spell Card with 'Hivemind' in its name from your Deck to your hand. You can tribute this face-up card to Normal Summon once more this turn, as long as the card Normal-Summoned is a monster with 'Hivemind Drone' in its name.
Atk/100 Def/100

Hivemind Drone - Worker
Earth; Level 2
[Insect/Effect]
Increase this card's DEF by 500 for every face-up card with 'Hivemind' in its name face-up on your side of the field. If there are 3 other cards with 'Hivemind' in their name face-up on your side of the field, you can tribute this face-up card to draw 2 cards.
Atk/100 Def/100

Hivemind Drone - Soldier
Earth; Level 3
[Insect/Effect]
If you Normal Summon this monster from your hand, you can Normal Summon 1 more Insect-Type monster during this turn. Increase this card's ATK by 500 for every card with 'Hivemind' in its name face-up on your side of the field.
Atk/100 Def/100

Hivemind Princess
Earth; level 3
[Insect/Tuner]
If a card with 'Hivemind' in its name would be destroyed, you can discard this card from your hand, and it is not destroyed. You can Normal Summon this card from your Graveyard by tributing 1 face-up monster on your side of the field with 'Hivemind Drone' in its name. If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can destroy 1 face-up card with 'Hivemind' in its name on your side of the field instead.
Atk/1400 Def/1400

Hivemind Drone - Collector
Earth; Level 4
[Insect/Effect]
Increase this card's ATK and DEF by 300 for every card with 'Hivemind' in its name face-up on your side of the field. When this card destroys a monster, place 1 'Hivemind' counter on this card (max.5). You can remove 1 'Hivemind counter' from this card to Normal Summon once more this turn. You can remove 2 'Hivemind counters' from this card to draw 1 card.
Atk/100 Def/100

Hivemind Drone - Guardian
Earth; Level 5
[Insect/Effect]

[spoiler= Hivemind Spells]
Hivemind Neural Network
[Spell/Continuous]
This card's effect applies only while there is at least 1 monster card with 'Hivemind' in its name face-up on your side of the field. You cannot Special Summon, except for the Synchro-Summon of an Insect-type monster. You do not take Battle Damage from combat involving a monster with 'Hivemind Drone' in its name. You can Normal Summon twice per turn, as long as both monsters summoned have 'Hivemind' in their names.

Hivemind Pheromone Network
[Spell/Continuous]
This card's effect applies only while there is at least 1 monster card with 'Hivemind' in its name face-up on your side of the field. During your Standby Phase, you can shuffle 1 monster from your Graveyard and 1 monster from your hand with 'Hivemind Drone' in its name into your deck to draw two additional cards. When a 'Hivemind' monster is destroyed, you can add 1 card with the same name from your Deck to your hand.

Hivemind Resource Network
[Spell/Continuous]
This card's effect applies only while there is at least 1 monster card with 'Hivemind' in its name face-up on your side of the field. Once per turn, you can shuffle 1 card with 'Hivemind' in its name from your Graveyard into your Deck to summon 1 'Hivemind Drone Token' (EARTH/Insect/level 1/ATK 100/DEF 100) in face-up attack position (this is considered a Normal Summon, but it doesn't expend a Normal Summon for this turn).

[spoiler= Hivemind Synchros]
Hivemind Butterfly
Earth; Level 4
[Insect/Synchro]
"Hivemind Princess" + 1 or more non-Tuner 'Hivemind' monsters
If this card is in face-up ATK position, monsters on your side of the field cannot be destroyed in battle (battle damage still applies). If this card would be destroyed, you can destroy 1 face-up card with 'Hivemind' in its name on your side of the field instead.

Increase this card's ATK and DEF by 500 for every other card with 'Hivemind' in its name face-up on your side of the field. If this card inflicts damage to the opponent, you can send face-up cards with 'Hivemind' in their names from your side of the field to the Graveyard. Your opponent must discard cards from their hand equal to the number of cards you sent to the Graveyard with this effect.
Atk/1400 Def/1400

Hivemind-Possessed Dragon
Earth; Level 8
[Insect/Synchro]
"Hivemind Princess" + 1 or more non-Tuner 'Hivemind' monsters + 1 face-up monster controlled by your opponent
You can use opponent's face-up monsters as the Synchro-Material monsters for the Synchro Summon of this card, except for a "Hivemind Princess". Recently, Insects have been given the "theme" of constantly being added to the player's hand. I guess it's sort of like the bugs are laying eggs which hatch into new bugs? I don't know. Anyways, onto the cards.

Hivemind Larvae - Maybe a bit too Archetype specific, but still looks like a very useful card.

Hivemind Drone - Worker - Not too sure if this could be overpowered or not, but since it's a very specific requirement I'll say no.

Hivemind Drone - Soldier - This card could be potentially abused, especially in multiples.

Hivemind Princess - Perhaps make its last effect once per turn, or a specific type of destruction?

Hivemind Drone - Collector - With all of its effects combined, I feel this is a bit overpowered. It can either be a giant beatstick that helps you swarm, or a draw engine.

Hivemind Drone - Guardian - Again, potential abuse, but seeing as if you wipes your field you would be left with an 800 ATK monster, I don't think this is much of a problem.

Neural Network - I'm not so sure about this card... Basically if you get 2 Summons a turn at no cost, and you wont take any battle damage either.. which alone are fine, but together can create a very powerful and very annoying combination.

Pheremone Network - Again, the two effects alone are useful, but together they make the card imbalanced.

Resource - Sounds like a good card, and very useful for the Archetype. Nothing much else to say, though.

Butterfly - Perhaps a bit too powerful for a level 4. I would change it to level 5, so at least you can't use it with those Tokens that you generate.

Mantis - Being able to be activated on either player's turn is a bit too much. Other than that, it looks alright.

Hornet - Very interesting effect. The wording is strange, but it sounds very cool.

Dragon - You can't Normal Summon a Synchro... Though I don't think that's a mechanical rule. And also, if you did he would have 0 ATK due to being a ? monster.

Overall, it seems like a very cool concept, and it would be awesome to see something like this in the TCG.
