The draw back is weak since the ATK lost is temporary and only "the sent monster Level x100". 5.6/10[/color].

The effect is a punishment against Synchro Summon and I don't see that strong, it isn't indestructible, it's just a useful Level 5 Effect monster
Yeah, you did change a little the effect of my monster, cuz I want it to be Special Summoned even if you Special Summon a Tuner monster to your opponent's side of the field.

I really dislike the design. If your opponent just summoned a tuner, they're going to synchro summon, and even stardust can beat this in attack points. Would be more balanced if it had less attack, and its second effect stopped synchro summons for a turn or something like that

You must have forgotten that you can special summon in defense mode as well. Good card, interesting effect. 8.5/10
