Engetsu
You can discard this card to add 1 "Magical Citadel of Endymion" from your Deck to your hand. If this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove it from play and 1 other Spellcaster-Type monster in your hand to select and activate one of the following effects. ● Add 1 Level 4 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. ● Place 2 Spell Counters on a face-up card you control that you can place a Spell Counter on.
OCG seems iffy to me, so corrections would be appreciated. .Ash
OP'd but flexible in Spell Counter decks. I personally couldn't care less about an overpowered cards unless it is completely broken or of little use anyway. 1st, it is a good beatstick, high stats mean it could hold it's own in general attacks if need be. 2nd, easy Citadel search should you not have a Terraforming at hand. 3rd, possible to discard, search Citadel, play and grab another Sorceress or anything else you need for a versatile cost. 4th, add Spell Counters. Use is obvious. All in all, good card. Not just Endymion fixated, can be boosted with Honest, probably work its way into Chaos as a LIGHT and Spellcaster Searcher. 8/10 for a good card, limited by lack of overall splashability. Smashsquatch
It's just a slightly OP'd but besides that it's a very useful and good card. 9/
TheComposer
When you use bullet points, use them like this: You can discard this card to add 1 "Magical Citadel of Endymion" from your Deck to your hand. If this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove it from play and 1 other Spellcaster-Type monster in your hand to select and activate one of the following effects: ● Add 1 Level 4 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. ● Place 2 Spell Counters on a face-up card you control that you can place a Spell Counter on. It's pretty balanced, but slightly OP'ed as stated before. Other than that, good job. 9/
