Thanks what would make it better do you think, should the damage be lowered to 300/200?

The damage is a bit high, maybe 300, but then again it's not that often the effect damage is delt. (of course that depends on what kind of deck you use) It would work good with Volcanic cards and along with Minor Goblin Official it would rapidly speed up a victory.

Name/Type: 3.5/5 - Not sure I'm liking the name, nothing unusual with the type.

Attribute/Stats: 7/10 - I think this should be a high defense card since it need to stay on the field for a while, but your choice.

Effect: 8.5/10 - I really like the effect and I love counter effect, but like I said earlier, it's a bit too much damage.

For OCG, I don't need to define the kind of counter, there are plenty of generic 'counter' cards, and they don't capitalize 'counter' unless you specify the type of counter. See [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Balloon_Lizard"]balloon lizard[/url] for instance. As for the put/place I think 'put' might be old OCG, so you might be right there.

No prob. About the counter thing, I know that not all have names and that you only capitalize it when they do, that's kinda why i put it in parenticies (i think i just spelled that wrong...) It was more of a suggestion
