Von Csent
If you are going for a Blue-Eyes build, Kaibaman would be useful, as long as you can assure that you have a BEWD on hand. Also, Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon needs a few spots. Dark Hole is lacking too. And do not think of using Shining Dragon. It is very underpowered for such a difficult summoning condition. And its effect will still not save you from Torrential Tribute, Dark Hole, Mirror Force, or Lightning Vortex. Or Fissure. Or Smashing Ground. Actually, only Bottomless is screwed by this. Polymerization is outclassed by Dragon's Mirror and a handful of other cards. Actually, Dragon's Mirror would make for a nice OTK with RftDD. Assuming your two MST's that you forgot to include keep your opponent's field clean. Trade In will help on several fronts: fuels CotH and Reborn, gives you a nice chance of drawing important things, and your discard fodder can still be brought back with REDMD. Strong Wind and Luster Dragon are not my first picks for a predominantly Light Blue-Eyes build. Solidarity is good if you do not include non-Dragons, but I find that would compromise the viability of the deck as a whole.
El-Rrey
Deck section! OT: Try either Quickdraw Dragons, Hopeless Dragons or Disaster Dragons! They are the best way to play Dragons.
DARKPLANT RISING
No Luster Dragon and BESD. Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, Prisma, staples, wrong section. Also, don't listen to advice about Kaibaman.
