Harpies dont usually return to the hand from the field. Harpies use Hunting Ground, Mist Valleys use Divine Wind.

I don't think that Harpies really need that Field spell!

I always thought that Hunting Ground has a lot of potential. It's only problem is that it requires terrible cards (harpies) but if you are going to run them anyway, you should use it.

Besides, running the Mist Valley field will require a big engine to support it and you might run out of space.
