I'll just say I agree with the idea that this is unnecessary and inconsistent in the majority of Scrap builds. Though I've never ran Scraps outside of theorying so I can't really say but the fact that it's specifically 2 cards ruins any potential this had as it sets off Starlight Road and possibly forces you to neuter your own S/T.
