I suppose that most of your cards will be Monster versions of Negate Attack (?). It's balanced 'cause you're actually tributing 2500 ATK monster for negating attack. The pic is also pretty nice and fits the name. [u]Highbreed Rebirth System[/u] I must admit that I don't really understand the 1st effect. Do you tribute the monsters from your Deck and then you Tribute Summon a "Highbreed" monster from your hand? Or do you tribute monsters on your field so you can Tribute Summon a monster from your Deck? If this second is correct, then the "from your [b]hand[/b]" part is not necessary, but only if the second question is correct. The last effect makes this card kinda OP'd. The pic is good. Me like 'cause it's "usefully powerful". Idk. I see this cards a bit OP'd. But, that's just my opinion. Tho, overall, I like this cards. I think that next cards will be interesting...will they?
