interesting, unique no doubt, can only see 1 OCG error which is the first "G"raveyard other then that seems solid, its interesting though i would wonder why during your turn only you'd increase your Life Points? I like the originality though, is this a custom set or existing?

Interesting game dynamic, but the first sentence is confusing. Did you mean that your opponent has to have one more monster in their control than you do (like Cyber Dragon's effect) or did you mean that it doesn't matter who controls the extra monster(s), as long as someone controls an extra monster this card can be summoned? Sorry if that's confusing, I'm having trouble wording what I mean to say in a simple manner.

Other than that, this could be very useful if played right. I would rate it 8.5/10 because it is useful but it has the potential to fizzle if it isn't used right.
