Great and balanced card, all except for the fact that there should be a cost like "Discard 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard" or "pay 500 lifepoints", something like that.

Yes agreed. You should put some cost on it.
And in perfect OCG you say the type of summon it is.
It should be like this:

Scratch:
"Pay 500 Life Points. (or 'Discard one card from your hand.'). Special Summon 1 monster (monster doesn't have capital M) from your Graveyard. (you don't need to say anymore 'to your side of the field). Increase the Summoned monsters ATK by 300." (Also you don't need to say 'points' anymore.)


Final:
"Pay 500 Life Points. Special Summon 1 monster from you Graveyard and increase its ATK by 300."

Also I like the simple idea and it can be really useful. So I give it a 9/10. And a REP.

It would be better if it had a cost. I mean, theres this card called "A Feather of the Phoenix", you might own it, you might use it, you might have got the idea from it, but you have to discard a card from your hand to put a card on the top of your deck, (BTW, its super rare...) so a cost would be good.

Okay, apparently you do not know much about OCG, but its alright. I might of done that, but its alright.

discard is never capitalised.

But thats about it, I might have done that by my mistake.

Now its much better. Sorry just take out the 'it' from Select [b]it[/b] and apply one....etc.

Should be:

Yeah! You're right. Using this with the new Naturia cards could be useful. Good go. Now I think you could make some monster card that would fit this one. Somehow (this last suggestion is to the creator of the topic )

Richard Steve: Wll, only reason I knew is b/c I have been surfing my cards trying to come up with a new OTK, or even a FTK. My goal is to get an FTK going, but in the meantime, i did find a OTK combo, but its under wraps.

...Damn pointless. Monster Reborn and Call of the Haunted are enough, and most people don't even run CotH. In a format like that, you expect a -2 failspell to be run? And the LP/ATK thing is just a waste.
Make it pay 1200 LP or something, and remove the discard along with the applied effects.
