A bit lazy, so I'll review the one with the shortest effect first.

Aurora Scramble

OCG / Common Sense:
OCG is flawless. No errors whatsoever.

Effect / Usefulness:
The card is quite simple, letting you send all Overlaid Monsters on an Excess Monster you control to the Graveyard, giving you a sweet 1000 per card sent. Making it a Quick-Play makes it much better, and most likely is a staple in all Excess Decks for protection against FTK's / OTK's at the last minute.

Originality / Balance:
HOWEVER, this card has the potential to be ridiculously overpowered. Saying you have a Level 8 Excess Monster you want to get out. Use 4 Level 2 monsters, and that monster now has 4 Overlaid Monsters on it. Use this, that's a +4000 Life Point gain for you. Quite the problem there, no? I'd remove the Quick-Play as a whole, or at the least put a limit on how much Life Points you can gain through this, most likely at 2000. Originality is meh. It's your average Life Point gainer, with the added addition of Excess Monsters.

Ratings:
OCG / Common Sense: 2/2
Effect / Usefulness: 3/4
Originality / Balance: 2/4
Overall: 7/10

Excess Summon this (successfully), and with the simple cost of removing a Spell in your Graveyard from play, gets you a free Machine from your Deck to your hand. Simple, but I like it so far. Second effect is more Graveyard based, seeing at the cost of an Overlaid Monster, you can recycle 3 Machines back to your Deck and then draw 2 cards. You see, the useful part about this is, if you only have say, 2 Machines in your Graveyard, if the Overlaid Monster you sent was a Machine, well, you see my point :)

Originality / Balance:
Eh, not the most original though. It's sort of a mini Pot of Avarice, along with your basic searching monster. Balance in my opinion, is very questionable. Although being Level 8, this gives you the opportunity to use this effect up to 4 times if you can Excess Summon this with 4 monsters, along with it being a target for Trade-In. But for a Level 8 and possibly a 'Boss' in some Decks, the stats aren't cutting it. Boost them up a tad bit perhaps? Otherwise, it's decent to me.

OCG / Common Sense:
monstre = monster

Effect / Usefulness:
The card for it's first effect, can swarm out more of itself (icwutudidthar) from the Deck at the cost of a sending a card from your hand to the Graveyard, however, you may only use this during the End Phase. The card also when Overlaid, treats the Excess Monster it's Overlaid onto as a DARK monster. Now this has it's ups and downs. Seeing there are DARK Support, and Anti-DARK Support. And as a final bonus, as long as this is Overlaid onto an Excess, all DARK monsters gain 600 ATK, which would make the Excess it's on 600 ATK stronger. Very, very useful for Excess DARK Decks and a few other Decks as well.

Originality / Balance:
It's not the most original, but I like what you did with making the concept / effect of the card work well with the image / picture. Balance here is questionable for such a little monster, virus to be exact. I say this because a 600 ATK boost, and being able to spread more of this virus out onto the field can be a major threat to your opponent, even if it does happen in the End Phase. Using just 2 of these for a Level 4 Excess Summon makes the Excess Monster 1200 ATK stronger, along with any other DARK's you control. So I'd think of a bit re-tweaking on the cost and whatnot for a bit.

[s]I cant see the pic from the Reptile Excess guy...>_<[/s]
I can now

Anyway till that monster all the effects were pretty boring and not worth the trouble to Excess Summoning...however Swarm Croc returned my interest..

Just a little thing.

Make it WATER so it can fit the WATER Reptile theme..

then

OCG fix: select 1 Reptile-Type monster in either player's Graveyard or that is removed from play and Special Summon it.

CU: I can't see its stats, so there's little point in a rate.
SC: Worm support is ok, I guess. Too much text and no sangan-like trigger for its last effect makes me a sad panda tho.
BoA: SalvoDAD  / Karakuri  /LOLMORPHTRONICS  support is nice.
*phew* :)

I'll fix CU
Ok, I'll make SC Sangan-like
Why Morphs?

Added 2 new cards
