I've never dueled against Koa'ki Meiru so I have no idea what power they have, but since V Jump says they're good they shouldn't be very competitive.

I think it's a good card, it certainly seems to be. Though nobody runs Koa'kis and I've never dueled a competitive Koa'ki deck so I know nothing about them.

The deck has a good amount of power but it relies on the Core a bit too much which makes it inconsistent since most of the time you have to wait until you get one into your hand. All of the good Core Chimails have 1900+ attack which makes them pretty formidable in battle but once your opponent summons a Cyber Dragon you are sent running home. Core Overclock helps the deck a lot. It turns your beaters into monsters running over all in your way.

Alas, they aren't competitive. I'm able to pull off surprise wins on opponents who have never seen the deck before but a skilled duelist just runs all over the deck with their speed.
