JadenxAtemYAOI
I would appreciate it if someone found the link but I'll summarize. Larry King thinks that polygamy and beastiality marriage is exactly the same as gay marriage. Anyone else think this so called "intelligent man" is an idiot? Traditional Marriage involves 2 Consenting People. Polygamy involves more than 2. Larry King is an idiot. Beastiality marriage involves a consenting person and an animal. This breaks the "people" and "consenting" so we can conclude that Larry King doesn't know what he is talking about. Now if he were going to reply with that traditional marriage ALWAYS involved a man and a woman. Then he obviously doesn't remember when most of America was racist and that two people of opposite ethnic groups couldn't marry. Whites couldn't marry non-whites because it broke traditional marriage. What are your opinions?
Catman25
He's basically saying he hates everything that's not your typical marriage, but without actually saying so. Yes he's an idiot.

Marisa Kirisame-ze
Sure, he's an idiot. I always thought he was. This just further proves my point, I suppose. And just to add onto this post even though this wasn't why Larry King's an idiot, gay marriage should be legalized everywhere. The end.
Great Unclean One: VK
Gay marriage should always be legalized. Hell, if I want to marry a guy, let me! *drools over Katie Ayanami*

Tentacruel
Sorry Jaden, it wasn't a pun. :/ Unlike what you might be thinking after reading my post, I don't hate gay people. There really shouldn't be any law that prohibits someone from doing something that doesn't harm other people. However, believe it or not, marriage has religious significance to some. So I'm merely against the recognizing of a bond between same-sex couples as marriage. Give em all the legal benefits straight couples get. And even saying that, I still have mixed feelings over the whole thing, so please don't reply immediately with
"Oh look!
I'm against Hall's marriage theorem, because I believe marriage should be between same-sex couples, not elements of abstract sets. I refuse to recognize that words have varying meanings to different people and in different contexts, and I will not acknowledge that others may hold equally strong views to the contrary, as I believe that only my worldview is the one that should be officially acknowledged. As a devout Catholic, I demand that signed "confessions" in criminal trials not be referred to as "confessions", as the word "confession" has religious significance to me, and therefore nobody else is allowed to use it in any context other than mine. Oh, and I also believe that gay marriage is mandated religiously, and therefore it absolutely MUST be called marriage and nothing else. My beliefs trump yours legally for no adequately explained reason.
"Oh look! Some guy has a different opinion then me! We generally think of establishing religious laws as being against the 1st amendment.
Grunt Issun
Listen here, America voted AGIANST killing gays. Dark
Never watched Larry King when he was "younger", but in recent times he seemed a bit... delusional, to say the least. Also, please provide a simple, logical reason that does not revolve around religion explaining why gay marriage should be banned. I hate bringing religion into this, I really do, and I'd rather do it in Debates, but you are such a goddamn hypocrite. I explicitly told you that atheists and religious people will not have problems as long as these religious people stop interfering in other people's lives. And now you are against the legalization of gay marriage? How is it any of your concern what other people do in their private bedrooms? Are you implying that marriage is a religious institution? I could care less if a priest denies me a right to get married to my friend Steve, but I will care if the government prevents me from doing so. You are entitled to your opinion, but its people who hold your opinion that prevent people from actually having logical rights, and its religious bigots like you that cause atheists to mock and scorn you. Maybe you should learn to not delve into other people's lives before calling me out for being rude.
