My favorite of the Machine Emperors, both in and out of anime, but definitely the worst. Like the other two, Wisel and Grannel, this is easily summoned and has the Synchro Killer ability. 2200 ATK is decent enough, considering its level, ease of summoning, and effects. Unfortunately, it has the weakest effect that forces you to discard a captured Synchro to let this attack directly. If you have more than one Synchro equipped, this remains excellent, but otherwise you're just weakening it for what hopefully is a killing blow. Unlike Wisel, it has no protection from effects (since Wisel negates Spells once per turn), but I like its art more than Wisel.

Skiel is so unappreciated among the Machine Emperors. Maybe that's why I love it so much.
