Very OP'd. Only 1 card in Yugioh has 2000 ATK without tributes or a negative effect. This one even gains 500 ATK for each WATER... that's too much ATK for a low level monster.

And, the second effect can remove itself to destroy 2 cards... which is just too powerful


At least the Name is cool and the Pic. You have mostly good OCG too.

9/10 for everything else

I see a lot of love for this card in ALO Decks. Though it's ballanced enough even with that in mind.

So a 8.1/10 would do fine.
