A new "Monarch"!

I just thought of this card yesterday, so I want to [attachment=30722:zodiark.jpg]hear your opinion about my new card

ZODIARK THE CHAOS MONARCH
Attribute: LIGHT
ATK 4000 / DEF 4000
Fiend/Effect
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play "Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch", "Mobius the Frost Monarch", Raiza the Storm Monarch", "Granmarg the Rock Monarch","Caius the Shadow Monarch" and "Kurazs the Light Monarch" from your side of the field or Graveyard. This card's attribute can also be treated as FIRE, WATER, WIND, EARTH and DARK. Once per turn during either player's turn, you can discard 1 FIRE, WATER, WIND, EARTH, DARK or LIGHT monster from your hand to activate one of the following effect:
*FIRE: Your opponent look up 5 cards from His/Her top of the deck, then your opponent select 1 card of their choice and return it to His/Her top of the deck, and discard the rest
*WATER: Destroy all Spell and Trap card on your opponent's side of the field. Any Spell or Trap card your opponent control cannot be activated in response to this effect
*WIND: Return all face-up monster(s) your opponent control to His/Her top of the Deck at random order.
*EARTH: Destroy all face-down card(s) your opponent control
*DARK: Remove from play all card(s) on the field, then inflict 1000 damage to your opponent's Life Point for each DARK monster removed by this effect
*LIGHT: Special Summon 1 monster from your hand, Deck, Extra Deck or Graveyard, ignoring its Summoning Condition. Return that monster to your Deck at the end of the turn it was Summoned and shuffle your Deck.

Firstly, you should post this in the "realistic Cards" forum. Secondly, when you create a card, click the preview and wait until a code appears beneath it. Copy and paste the code where you want to post a card, don't use attachments.
