Silent Magician LV X: Happy Holidays

Black D'Sceptyr here. Here's another card from my LV X series, and keep in mind I'm wrapping up this Archetype soon. Anyways, enjoy.

Silent Magician LV X: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by "Level Optimizer" after you have Tributed 1 "Silent Magician LV 8" to activate its effect. When your opponent activates a Spell Card, you can increase this card's ATK by 1000 until the end of the turn. Then, if that Spell Card's effect removed this card from the field, you can Special Summon it to your side of the field during your next Standby Phase and inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. When this card is destroyed, except by the effect of a Spell Card, you take 1500 damage and your opponent can draw until they have 5 cards in their hand.

Good picture. Your effect is good also. But your ATK is to high (and your DEF to low)!
There is a mistake in your OCG. This is the corrected text:

That would be correct , I think.

Not exactly. It attack is perfectly fine and he doesn't need to raise it's defence. And no offence but, when you wrote that OCG change up, you actually made the OCG bad.

The OCG is fine, the picture is excellent, it is well balanced. Quite original.
