Each time a card is removed from play, inflict 300 damage to your opponent. When a face-up "Neo Flamvell" monster you control is selected as an attack target, you can destroy this card to remove from play 1 card in your and 1 in your opponent's Graveyard and end the Battle Phase.

Neo Barrier
Normal Trap Card
Activate only if your opponent has more cards that are removed from play than in their Graveyard. Discard 1 "Neo Flamvell" monster and destroy all monsters your opponent controls. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn.

[b]The first effect alone could have made this broken. A Level 4 Tuner that gives great g/y control and is searchable with Firedawg and Rekindling. Even without those two, this would have been questionable because of the ease of SS this into Synchro while getting g/y control. The fact is also gives you beatsticks that can't be hit by loads of stuff is just silly.[/b]

Removing things from the opponent's Grave is already insanely easy and a positive thing anyway. Adding random +1s that can combo with itself is just silly.[/b]

Sorry, but these look like something Konami would add to a pack so people have to buy it to stay competitive. They're just silly in places. What were you thinking? G/y control is already a powerful theme that you might want to be careful of overdoing. These have definitely overdone it, and overdone swarm, and consistency.

I assume your objection is to [i]another[/i] Duel Terminal/Spinoff archetype becoming broken (*coughXSabercough*). You see Griffin, while many of these cards are insanely powerful, most of the decktypes seeing play right now are as well. I'm just glad this one isn't LIGHT or DARK.

In the TCG, no. Out of released cards and current Decks, I don't feel any is this broken.

From soon-to-be-released cards/OCG cards like True Six Sam, yeah, but those are going to be hit by the banlist soon enough. Probably not the next list, but it seems unlikely that they'll last as-is for many formats. Balancing to that level is silly.

Blackwings can basically do anything. Prior to the last banlist, Infernity and X-Saber were ready to take most Decks apart. They, according to you, were not not broken? Granted, all have/had drawbacks, but the advantages they have/had were simply ridiculous.
