Once per turn you can select 1 monster on your side of the field and remove it from play. When a monster has been in your removed from play pile for 2 or more turns you can Special Summon it to your side of the field regardless of Summoning conditions as a Zombie-Type monster. This card gains 300 ATK and DEF points for each card removed from play. Each time this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle you can discard 1 card to remove the destroyed monster from play. So its like a -8 and Mummified Dragon is a -5. So you would have to use a level +3 to Dark Synchro Summon Mummified Dragon.
