Actually, it's not broken, just really powerful. Remember Griffin's Designing a Card sticky, and the mention of Luck? This works both with and against luck. The cards you want to draw might be the ones you mill, and vice-versa; and in my opinion, any card with inherent risk in playing it is not broken. It is, however, very powerful with a number of decks, including Flamvell, Vayu Turbo, Twilight, Zombies, Crystal Beasts, the list goes on. All can benefit from a Mill and then a +1, though the restrictions do somehwat balance it out. Would I run this? F**K yes. 9.5/10, the highest rating I give.

I feel this is bad for the game. It gives too much luck to whoever draws it, since it speeds up so many Decks by such a factor.

Lightsworn. It's fairly balanced now, I'd actually run it over PoD in several decks. No, Lightsworn isn't T1, though this card would be perfect for them, I don't think it alone could bring them up to T1, mainly because they wouldn't be able to SS Wulf or JD during the turn they popped this. Still would be very useful @2 or even 3 in any LS deck, replacing the Limited CotLB.
