This card was made to win something in the Excess Monster Card competition, not for LCCG. We don't want to have Excess monsters in our CCG. So, this one will hopefully be a top card in the competition. Hopefully I win a trophy .

When this card is Exceed Summoned, you may select 1 Fairy-Type monster in your Graveyard and remove it from play. All overlayed monsters with the same ATK as the removed card are added to your hand. They cannot be Summoned or discarded this turn. Any effect your opponent activates that would force you to discard a card is negated.

This card confuses me. The point of Overlays is to give the Excess Monster stay power. By returning them, the excess monster can be destroyed. Why return them?

Because it can't be run over by a majority of things in today's metagame unless I am missing something. Also, it gives you the opportunity to set up something else and who said all the monsters had to have the same attack. It is more a hand advantage type of thing in my opinion, as Herald of Perfection likes her hand advantage, giving her free fairys.

Meh ~

I'm a bit iffy on it. The fairies cannot be used the turn they return so even if it gives you hand advantage, you cant use that until your next turn. Meh >< I see uses but I see more blind spots.

It can't won't be used that turn anyway. You will probably be using the cards during your opponent's turns anyway. Well, I am a bit rusty and new to this Excess thing, hopefully I can make it work .

How can you use this during your opponent's turn? Excess Summon takes place on your turn.

The Herald of Perfection effect. You can store up the fairys for use on your opponent's turn.

It was impossible to summon for it's job because you would need 3 Level 3 monsters since it was Level 9. I made it Level 8 to make it more playable.
