The Gift of Greed is a pretty good card to side against Infernity's.Or anything else that makes your opponent draw cards.

Okay say your opponent has Infernity Guardian with no cards in there hand. You can activate the Gift of Greed to make them draw a card, negating Infernity Guardian's effect. At the same time you don't want them to draw Infernity Archfiend. So you can activate the Gift of Greed to give your opponent more cards in their hand, making it harder to reduce their hand to 0. And if they draw Infernity Archfiend while they have cards in their hand, its effect is useless. Make Sense?

Sometimes. Because if they have cards in their hand, the Infernity's effect isn't activated.

OT: My friends used to play Infernity. Some of them remained after Launcher's bashing, but they were horrible. Though not really horrible, meta decks can beat it with ease.
