You know, these stereotypes exist for a reason.

While there are always exceptions of course, that doesn't mean that a lot of times these stereotypes can't be applied to an extremely large group of people and still be true.

Just because I have short/guy hair, I must be lesbian.

^this was the biggest stereotype in my life when my hair was short. I've grown it out now though, and well, I'm bisexual now. But still, during the time of my short cut, I was in this belief that I was straight, and everyone eventually began to know that I was straight. Yet, I'd always get these haters who'd question my sexuality over my [i]looks[/i]. Honestly, it's offensive to me and every other lesbian out there. There's no look that standardizes your sexuality.

Now I don't get stereotyped anymore.
