Kale
So, basically the gist of it is to Exceed with 4 level 2 monsters, blow up 2, attack 4 times, then profit? I would have said it like this: When this card is Exceed Summoned, destroy 2 cards on the field. This card's maximum number of attacks this turn is equal to the number of this card's Overlaid monsters. And if that is so, I would like to see some restriction on it, like a maintenance cost or something. Or maybe restrict level 4 monsters from it's summon? It's a little OPed right now, as you have it. 6/10, for potential. -Kale.
