Kuri
Should I remove the damage part?
Sander
Even without the damage, it would still be broken. It's still a faster Compulsory Evacuation Device and a more versatile card than Book of Moon, since it's Quick-Play card status.
Kuri
But is it good for "those situations" even if it is broken. I can always fix it [s]with glue and tape[/s].

Maybe then you'd understand how a card that's more versatile than Book of Moon would affect the game, with out without the burn effect. Kuri
[s]I understand the game. Konami bans cards that are too good for today's games.[/s] Then what should I do to the card to make it almost equal to BoM? I was thinking of a drawback, how about you? There's nothing here to do to make it be equal with Book of Moon, unless you're aiming to add some ridiculous cost, which would make the card underpowered. :/
Kuri
So basically this card is too broken to be fixed even with some sort of ridiculous cost. Am I right?

Am I right?
Lol, mate, it's OK, everyone makes a bad card once in a while. Though, I agree, it is hard to fix, it is fixable. For example give it a drawback like "Sacrifice a monster on your field..." then the effect. Not really the best example, but it is some kind of heavy drawback which would help. It wouldn't be underpowered even if you took that ATK thing off. Let me show you the situations:

With sacrifice, no damage to the LP, similar to Book of Moon. You can use it for

Getting rid of a six-star monster recently summoned who is attacking. Monster will get destroyed anyways so why not put it to good use.
Getting rid of a six star monster who has been summoned and you just drew the card. Use it to get rid of the six-star monster for good, even if you lose some LP in the process.

In other words, like that, it could be like Book of Moon and Compulsory Evacuation Device. If we say we want the card to be 1, and both cards together (BoM and CED) equal 2 but you have the drawback which makes it one again. 2 (effect) - 1 (drawback) = 1 (balanced card) Sorry, I'm a mathematician at heart. =) BTW, Post number 400,, I'm 4-star now =)!!! Yaaaaaay, partyyyyyy!!!!
