I've toyed with the idea before, but it's too strong (not yours specifically, any Level 5 BF synchro would strengthen the archetype a lot). I can foresee Vayu being Semi'd or worse with this. Shura & Vayu shenanigans would become too playable, and it would be one of the best stepping stones BFs have to go for Level 7-8, on par with Sirocco.

Uh... wow. Just... wow. I mean, this thing's effect, plus its ATK, plus being a contribution to the Sirocco combo, not to mention Shura allowing you to instantly pull 2 of these MP2 is... for lack of a better word, insane. I'll give it 8.5/10; while it's an awesome card, it opens the gate to Hell.

So a Level 5 Blackwing Synchro... makes them more broken by itself, even with no effect. You can destroy a monster if you have 3 Blackwings on the field. Could be used to play around Ryko and other annoying stuff, but it feels a bit OP'ed with all swarming Blackwings have. Or, you can make 1 Blackwing able to attack twice... use with pumped Sirroco.
