I am looking for rating, OCG fixes, and of course, some constructive critcism. Have at it! If you draw a card due to this card's effect, you can Tribute this monster to Special Summon one "Ike The Hero of Tellius LV8" from your Deck or your hand. [img]http://img832.imageshack.us/img832/2618/320369.jpg[/img] LORE: This monster can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Ike The Hero of Tellius LV4". This monster cannot attack the turn it is summoned. When this monster inflicts 2000 or more damage to your opponent's life points, you can draw 2 cards. If you activate this effect, you can remove one of the cards you draw from play to add one "Ike The Hero of Tellius LV4" or "Ragnell" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. I don't think many people use Level monsters anymore, but a good pressure monster that keeps your hand in good form, even though it may be slightly underpowered. [img]http://img15.imageshack.us/img15/2618/320369.jpg[/img] LORE: This card can only be equipped to "Ike The Hero of Tellius". Increase the ATK of the equipped monster by 600 points. When the monster equipped with this card attacks with an ATK that is higher than the DEF of your opponent's Defense Position monster, inflict the difference as battle damage to your opponent's Life Points. [img]http://img823.imageshack.us/img823/2618/320369.jpg[/img] LORE: Activate only when "Ike the Hero of Tellius" is declared as an attack target. Negate the attack, and inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the damage that would have been dealt to your Life Points. Ragnell makes it easier to deal the damage necessary to activate your drawing effects, and counter helps with his low ATK, as well as possibly dealing enough damage for your effects as well. still looking for more ratings and OCG fixes BTW, and suggestions for any changes to the card effects are welcome also. You need a card to activate it's effect...or it can attack directly i guess. 7/10 Don't understand why it needs to be a level monster. Nice OCG for a new member. Ieyasu Tokugawa Posted January 3, 2011 Report Share Posted January 3, 2011 For new cards, just click the edit button on the bottom of the first post. Also, Counter doesn't help Ike get its level-up effect since Ike didn't actually do the damage. Ragnell doesn't seem too OP'd, it would probably be at 2 or 3.
