This card can be Special Summoned from your hand by removing 1 Spell or Trap card in your Graveyard from play. This card is also treated as Beast-Type. When this card is Summoned from your hand, you can select 1 Spell or Trap card in your Graveyard and equip it to this card as a Equip Spell. Once per Turn you can pay 1000 Life Points to activate the effect of the Spell or Trap card that is equipped to this card. The activated card remains equipped on this monster. This card cannot declare an attack on the Turn that you activate this effect.[/b][/center]

There might be 1 more OCG error but I can't think of another way of putting it so I'll let it be.

Overall nice card. Though the dull background doesn't really help the pic.

I love the effect, but my realistic heart tells me that it's also horribly, horribly overpowered
Just think of some of the possibilities: An instant Dark Hole. 1 or more additional Monster Reborns (especially this one worries me). You have access to any Spell Card you might need that you already used (also I don't how and if this would work with Contiuous and/or Field Spell Cards), and just for the price of a removed from play Spell or Trap Card and some meagerly Life Points.
Though you can see in the details that you did think about it, with the "Special Summoned from the hand" clause you pretty much got rid of ultimately abusing it with Mystic Tomato or something like that.

Still, as I said, creative and lovable effect, can't say much about the pop cultural side of things, I don't know the game
