Elektro Riese: Soooo broken. First off, it's a 1 tribute 2700 ATK'er. And then, if there's a DARK monster on the field [and there probably will be], it becomes a 3200 ATK'er. "Gains the following effects", not "gets"... So yeah, it's broken. 0/10

 

The equip: So many errors. Agh, it hurts my eyes.

 

And it's really broken. So now you get a huge 1 tribute beast that can attack directly? Are you joking? How is the average rating of this thing 9/10? 0/10 for the equip...

 

Which makes the final average a 0/10.

nice cards, just a couple typos that i noticed.

 

the monster: base on his effect, he would immediately get his LIGHT effect, because of the effect's wording. You should change the wording to "...if there is another monster on the field with the following attribute..."

 

the spell: it should be "opponent's". "One or more monster(s) with the word "Cyber" in their name on the field, increase this monster's ATK by 500 during each of your Battle Phases"

I believe the word you are looking for is "fair", not "harsh".

 

Put simply, broken cards will earn zeroes.
