Mystical Space Typhoon used to be limited and it only got rid of 1 Spell/Trap Card. This thing goes "derp i defy card logic derp" and bombs everything, and keeps it that way for 3 turns. It can get negated, so? So could HS and it was banned. If you want a trap card as an example, CCV could and it got banned. And, to you're statement, how does it matter if it's a trap? Tell me please. Members like me and Smesh have been here a long time (admitedaly I just came back) we have seen quite a lot and we pretty much know the inns and out of this place and that includes that cards posted on here. Smesh is not being overbaring, nasty, mean or whatever, he is just explaining the subtle flaws with the card. I am one for free speech and free oppinions and the fact that everyone is entitled to an oppinion but Smesh has been round the block and he is better informed and thus better equiped in terms of what he knows and his oppinion should be treated with a distinct level of respect. It wasn't that long ago that I stood where you stood Bakura, when you put time and effort into "Your very own card" and it gets criticised left right and centre it hurts because it's personal to you and you feel you have to react in a negative fashion. If you post a card prepare for criticism founded or unfounded, that is the way, what you have to do as a card maker is filter through and find the nuggets of advice given that helps you grow as a card maker. Instead, how about you try to turn that abomination (with a decent picture, however. I'll give you that.) into a bearable card. Take the real advice people gave you, and utilize that. That way, you'll show people that you are competent and that you actually did listen, and most of the offensive/dickish atmosphere will decrease. It's so easy for a situation like this to get out of hand and you find yourself fighting off everyone, as I have said everyone is entitled to an opinion and I am thankful for that, it is just unfortunate that sometimes you can be fueled by your own opinion and start a fight that just grows and grows. Next time you post simply accept comments with good grace because it is the only way you will improve. If you argue that this card isn't OP'd you need to play the game more. And to it's 'drawback'....if you have to use a card as OP'd as this more than once per duel, then I'm afraid to say you're bad. You should also acknowledge the Streisand Effect - the more you say "STOP POSTING IM FED UP EVRYONE GO AWY", the more people will pay attention and post more comments. To paraphrase Ovid "What is easily obtainable is nothing, but what is forbidden is an object of desire" - basically, if you just ignore this thread and stop posting, eventually everyone will forget about this and get bored. I had an RL deck for it before I lost my Last Warrior when I moved ; . ;. I do believe this card is BROKED!Combining an easily abused card with another easily abused card (1 of which is banned and the other limited) doesn't make a card balanced. Cold Wave works both ways too. That doesn't make it balanced. So please stop trying to use that as an excuse. Another thing. Don't post cards if you are going to be this stubborn and narrow minded about other people's comments.
