This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending the top 3 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard while you control a face-up "Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity". While this card is face-up on the field, all "Infinity" monsters gain ATK eequal to the total levels of the monsters on the field x100. "Infinity" monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle if they have more than 4000 ATK. If you do not control a "Wisel" monster, destroy this card.

Female Wisel? Summoning is easy, as you only need to mill 3 cards, which is only benefitting, and control Wisel. It gives all Infinity monsters (though you should say "Machine Emperor" monsters) 100 ATK for each Level on the field, which is instant 1000 boost from Wisella herself. It makes Emperors even more threat than usual, and additionally, later effects protects them from battle destruction. And even if Wisella dies byt her last effect, you can drop another Machine Emperor.
