Saturn of Elemia
Howdy, people. Saturn here with quite an interesting card for you. This little beauty with the bow has a nasty surprise. She can attack the monsters.....IN YOUR HAND!!! Yeah, you read that right - this monster can declare an attack against the monsters in your hand. What's worse is that the arrows she wields shows her your hand - to make it easier for her to aim at her enemies. Sure hope you don't keep a lot of low ATK monsters in your hand - or you're gonna regret it! Without further ado, I give you Ryoko, Shining Archer: Your opponent must play with their hand revealed. When this card declares an attack, you can select 1 monster in your opponent's hand as the attack target. The selected monster is treated as being in Attack Position and is not destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally). Rate/Hate/Comment. Note - Zalypr (a.k.a. Browarod) helped polish the OCG and balance of this card. Zextra
Wow, this is, as you said, quite interesting Its effect surely is unique, but somehow, I feel that it's a bit OP'ed, not because of its effect to attack monsters in your hand, but rather because of the "Mind on Air" effect. Don't get me wrong, it's a great card, but I think maybe you could add a simple drawback to it. The low stats help with the balance, but perhaps you can increase the Level of the card or add a summoning requirement. Overall, great idea and still a great card! Kale
Oh, that's Browarod's new name? wow.. The card is interesting. Its a better version of Aqua Dolphin. I would love to run this, for the lulz. You see your opponent's hand, can damage them for keeping small tuners in their hand... this could set up something big, imo. Where Aqua Dolphin literally destroys the card in the hand this just bounces off of it. XD 17/20. -Kale.
Saturn of Elemia
I could add an errata to it to make it so that Ryko cannot attack the opponent directly if there are any monsters in the opponent's hand. I wouldn't want to run into a high ATK monster in the hand. (I originally thought that the monster not being destroyed was the downside - since they can still use it) Although stat increasing cards won't help the monsters in the hand, the standard attack negators still will - so she's not immune to Mirror Force and the like. Glad to have your comments, guys!
KindredTether
Personally its a great card love its effect and its totally original but shouldn't u make it 5 star? Though i do agree with ya
Saturn of Elemia
Browarod and I did a bit of discussion after taking a look at the comments in this thread - and took the advice. Any monsters in this archetype (still trying to think of a good name) with this kind of effect will be Level 5 or higher. Oh, and BUMP!
Ghoulish
Wow, I love originality and this definatly displays that trait, love the idea, only wish I came up with it now lol. OCG solid, useful, balanced great work really.
Shadow-Master
It is pretty original. My only complaint though is that the opponent's hand is revealed the whole time allowing you to devise some plans that may leave your opponent defenseless. It seems a bit overpowered too, considering you can attack your opponent's hand, yet they can't do much about it. I might be nitpicking, but my suggestions are to probably lower something, like the ATK or DEF of the monster so it balances out a little more. Or perhaps, make that card unable to attack opponent's monsters on the field. Probably summoning requirements, as someone said earlier. But it is pretty neat and extremely effective against weak monster decks. I'll give it a 9.5/10.

Zektor
I think that its still a tad OPed because you should only see your opponents hand during your turn errors: a tad OPed 9.5/10 check my sig to see what that rating means
Clair
You can see the hand of your opponent, huh? Well, this is a unique effort, and a creative one at that. I like how the stats are balanced, but like everybody before me has said, your opponent is at a bit too much of a disadvantage playing with their hand open all the time, imo. Still, a great idea and a beautiful single! ^^ Thanks for showing it to me!
Saturn of Elemia
About the hand revealing effect - It's exactly like the OLD monster card 'Ceremonial Bell' - which kept your opponent's hand revealed as long as it was on the field. (Of course, that monster had a high DEF and no ATK). Thanks for all the suggestions, guys. You're really helping with your insight.
Turmoil
oh my. they will be afraid to target cards in their hand, can't ditch, etc. OPed creative with the attacking the hand tho. Saturn of Elemia
Love how everyone says the attacking monsters in the hand is overpowered when all you have to do is negate the attack of this monster or not keep low ATK monsters in your hand. Oh, how Exodia decks would HATE to see this card on the field.... >=
Flaring Rose
This card some how makes me laugh. Maybe cos you see your opponent's hand, and attack their monsters in their hand. Lol. I can think of some support for this card, or maybe even a set. Hope you continue with this idea. I say a 10/10? Lol.
Turmoil
Love how everyone says the attacking monsters in the hand is overpowered when all you have to do is negate the attack of this monster or not keep low ATK monsters in your hand. Oh, how Exodia decks would HATE to see this card on the field.... >=3
Its not the attacking monsters in the hand that is OP'd, thats completely fine because it doesnt destroy them. The thing is that Mind Crush (an already semi-limited, previously limited search blocker) can really disrupt strategies, combined with this card. In addition you can probably even leave them topdecking.
Lord Smeagle
Since it doesn't destroy them, I guess it's not really OP'd. Teh lameness, of course, is that this card fails against Infernities. The Mind Crush makes for some awesome combos, but TBH, to make it consistent you'd have to run three copies of it and this card, and it still isn't foolproof. Powerful? Check, but not by itself. Honest/Battle Fader hate? Check, but not by itself. Gamebreaker? I seriously doubt it. This is a 1500 ATK monster we're talking about here. Now, build a deck with Mind Crush, D.D./Dark Designator, and Mage Power/United We Stand, and THEN we have something...
