Third: Pic has words and symbols, try to get better pics in the future. Now for the rate, 5 star 2500 ATK and no drawback = no. Either increase the Level to 7 or lower its attack. The effect isn't too good, requires too much luck. Also, you could add some kind of backfire for 2 tails that would sorta balance out the high ATK.
