When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, send the top 3 cards of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard.
El-Rrey
It's damn ugly and its effect isn't that awesome! I'll rather go on Goyo or Brio.
.Nu-13
But it's a Debris target
Master Hyperion
The only deck I see running this is in Quickdraw, because Debris is required to make a Dragon Synchro monster, this being the only Level 6 Dragon Synchro having generic summon conditions. But even then, it barely hits the field. Otherwise, there's 0 reason to run this over Gaia Knight, whose vastly superior just by having 100 more ATK and by having no effect at all! Mehmani
Goyo and Brio are better options and better cards, but as Klavier mentioned it's a Debris target.
evilfusion
A decent card in its own right. Being a level 6 generic Dragon Synchro gives it some merits. 2500 ATK can kamikaze with Stardust and similar. The mill effect is best suited to either a mill deck of your own (I run Iron Chain Dragon in my Voltic Bicorn Zombie Mill deck), or a deck you know doesn't want much mill. Its effect to be boosted by the Iron Chains in your graveyard is a waste, since it only lasts the turn, and Iron Chains are bad. Gaia Knight will probably see more play because of the extra 100 ATK, and since milling your opponent's deck is viewed as a bad strategy, Gaia Knight's lack of effect, and being material for Gaia Drake, makes it a better option. Level 6 already sees the staples of Goyo and Brionac, and there just isn't the space for Iron Chain Dragon.
DARKPLANT RISING
Use when you have too many Tuners on the field and you need to make a Non-Tuner monster with high level.
Mehmani
I pulled about 4 of these last year when I bought a couple of tins (Turbo Warrior and BRD) and I was fairly happy.
Just Crouton
Iron Chain Dragon looks awesome. Also, Debris likes it. Now, Konami needs to make a Level 5 Dragon Synchro.
Brinolovania
Only good cause of Debris...it isn't really a good idea to speed up your opponents mill.
