Wow! Thank you for that. ;) However, i won't change anything on the image because, well, its an image. =/
Sadly i know very little about the Japanese language. That is why i wrote at the beginning of the thread that the cards show are art only, since i use Google for a translation. I am certain that the translation i got from google is incorrect but i use it anyway because i don't know any better and, for the most part, neither does the rest of the forum.
However, you are one of the people who does know the language well, and can school me in it at any time. ;) So with that, i admit defeat. The OCG i gave under the card, in english, is what i want it to say. It is (hopefully) grammatically correct. XD
I really appreciate your attention to detail and your willingness to help me out. If i should need anything translated correctly i will not hesitate to ask for your help. :D

Nps. I am impressed by the effort you put in for making these cards in Japanese, and I enjoy them a lot.
Also, if you need me to translate something, sure, but just to tell you that I'm not Japanese myself, I'm actually Chinese. I only study Japanese at school, so there will be time that I won't be able to help. However, I will do my best. ;)

Also, I am really hyped for this weekend for the new set. Hopefully. :P

I can't say I know you, but welcome back. These are possibly the best cards I've seen for quite a while now.

Gearex Rose, great for getting rid of stallers and it's second effect is great for making itself an offensive wall too. Love the image. I can't say it's the most useful of cards but it's a fun card to play anyhow.

The image isn't loading. I assume they are big file sizes since the exact same thing happens with me. Nebula-Wandering Shield seems to made for a specific purpose as are quite a lot of fan-fiction cards. They get made for situations and are tailored for that purpose. The Special Summoning from RFP makes this really versatile and makes it's second effect instantly accessible. Oh, and I love the combo that it has with Nebula Launch.

Nebula Launch is a great card. Not as useful as other cards that let you draw but the combos you can potentially do more than make up for it. The gain LP effect is kinda useless as you'll probably never get over 400 or so Life Points at any time but, I guess, little is better than nothing.

I'll be keeping a watchful eye on this thread.

Well, i am slacking for this thread. But not for Resistance Chronicles. ;)

Thank you for commenting, Cursed Reaction. i appreciate it. :D new people to the thread are always welcome.

I just wanted to give you all the opportunity to see a preview of the next bit of cards to be admitted to the thread. in my sig you will find a link to fic, Resistance Chronicles, for which this set is based off of. I have just posted chapter 2, in which a dozen or so new cards were shown in action before they were ever created! Soon they will be added here, so you can read and rate their effects. But for now, if you'd like, you can see them and wonder just what some of the more mysterious ones do!

Thank you all for staying dedicated! i hope to keep this thread updated at least bi-weekly. :D

-Kale out.

The card on it's won is somewhat decent, being able to save you from a direct attack, but with the poor-ish ATK stat means it most likely just shave off 500, which still isn't that bad. The card then, after most likely getting ran over after using it's first effect, gives you the chance to return it to your Deck to add a Level 5 Nebula from your Deck to your hand. Now this last effect may, or may not be useful, depending on the amount of Level 5's that are coming in the Archetype, even if you release just 1 Level 5, the second effect would still be pretty good if that Level 5 is being ran in multiples. The card however, if Set, can be used as a decent 1700 wall, and it'll still benefit you if it gets ran over. Also, Deck, not deck. It's uses outside of it's Archetype are questionable, but it like what I've seen from your Fan Fic so far, can work wonders. On the other hand, if your opponent knows what's going to happen, unlike in your Fan Fic, they most likely will either try to avoid direct attacks, or try to remove this from the remove from play zone ASAP. So overall, 7.9/10

Nebula Launch
First effect for the card isn't the best, but decent I suppose, seeing you'll most likely get 300-500 from it most of the time, but then again, the first effect isn't the main one. As a 'cost', the monster that is getting attacked gets removed from play instead of getting sent to the Graveyard, which gives them Nebula monsters a chance to use their main effects that may be needed further into the Duel. By the way, level should be capitalized. The card then has 2 effects, that depend on the amount of removed from play Nebula you have. The first one requires exactly one, which may be hard to do, but if you do have exactly one, it fetches you two free draws, with the cost of removing this from play after. Second effect is the same thing pretty much, except more severe, for afterwards, you must place this on top of your Deck, and when you draw it, taking 1000 damage. There are some ways to counter that last drawback though. And don't forget, Deck, not deck as well. The card is pretty useful for the Archetype. The card gets a 8.6/10

The next 3 cards are really defensive but don't seem to bond well with the whole removing from play thing. I can't see much effects to support it yet.

Draining Fist, good way just to pick off weaker monsters on the field, great stall card. The Special Summoning makes it all the more worthwhile.

Thunder Spear, once again, great to pick off random monsters. The field advantage is reduced for its effect but I don't find that a problem myself, especially as it just gives this card more protection while in removed from play and you can also use other cards' effects while it's there.

Reminds me of Scrap-Iron Scarecrow. And, really unique effect at the end. Counter Traps can be so problematical especially when you've just worked up a good combo. Good swarm too.

Yeah, that's a lot of what this archetype will become. That and stun. Heavy stun. ;)
i agree with your ideas about the newest cards.

thank you for stopping by!

Again great cards that work well with each other, the draining monster is useful in all kinds of decks just to gain those lifepoints xD Can't wait to see them in action again. 10/10

Thank you so much! i appreciate it. ;)

 • 2 weeks later...

Gearex Rose: An efficent stallbreaker. This would see some good play in the TCG due to the fact of all the setting in the current metagame. (at least, I still think it is like that =P.)

Nebula - Draining Fist: Seems like a basic Special Summonable from your hand tuner. The last effects make it really fun to use it as a semi-beater, especially if your opponent uses Solemn Judgment or Solemn Warning.

Nebula - Wandering Shield: Since there are no Level 5 Nebula monsters yet, it is hard to give this card a comment, due to we can't predict or see its full potential.

Nebula - Thunder Spear: By far my most favourite card in the set. A good 1900 wall and its effect is quite awesome! I could see this involved quite often in your fan fic (if it hasn't been already, I haven't had time to read it yet ;D.)

Nebula - Asteroid Force: Negate a trap card (including a counter trap card) and then get a free 1200/1700 monster? Yes please :D.

Nebula Launch: It is an overall okay card, not something really exceptional or anything. Most people might op to not run this or run it in 1 or 2. Most archetype trap cards are like that though =P.

I love this set so far and I bet the fan fic will be even better! Good luck with this project.

Btw, would you mind taking a look at my new archetype please?
