Basic Info: "Transcendent" monsters are all (currently) Spellcasters that are either LIGHT or DARK. Have 400 ATK and DEF times their level and have the following effect. "During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon this card from your graveyard." Note that releases are still require for monsters higher then level 4.

The Term used for the graveyard summon is called Ascend Summon (I think that fits)

[Spoiler= Transcendent Monsters]

[b]Consider these to be under construction as of now.[/b]

Transcendent Oracle LVL 1 - Spellcaster LIGHT 400/400

[Card Lore] During your Main Phase you can Normal Summon this card from your graveyard. Each time your opponent Normal Summons or Special Summons a monster, you can send 1 "Transcendent" Monster from your deck to your graveyard. If you do, your opponent cannot decalre an attack with the summoned monster for as long as this card remains face-up. (Considering tinkering with this as it)

Transcedent Scholar LVL 2 - Spellcaster DARK /800/800

[Card Lore]During your Main Phase you can Normal Summon this card from your graveyard. While you control this face-up card, you can Normal Summon 1 "Transcendent" monster in addition to your Normal Summon or Set. This effect can only be used once per turn. When this card is successfully Summoned from the graveyard, draw 1 card.

Transcedent Priest LVL 3 - Spellcaster LIGHT /1200/1200

[Card Lore] During your Main Phase you can Normal Summon this card from your graveyard. While you control this face-up card, you take no battle damage from battles involving a "Transcendent" monster. Whent his card is succesfully Normal Summoned from the graveyard, select 1 Level 4 or lower "Transecdent" monster in your graveyard and Special Summon it.

Transcendent Necromancer LVL 4 - Spellcaster DARK 1600/1600

[Card Lore] During your Main Phase you can Normal Summon this card from your graveyard. Once per turn, when a "Transcendent" monster is Normal Summoned from your graveyard, you can select 1 card on the field and send it to the graveyard. When this card is succesfully Normal Summoned from the graveyard, select 1 Level 4 or lower "Transcendant" monster in your graveyard and Special Summon it to either side of the field.

Transcendent Iacchus - LVL 5 Spellcaste LIGHT 2000/2000

[Card Lore] During your Main Phase you can Normal Summon this card from your graveyard. If this card was Normal Summoned from the graveyard, the ATK of all monsters on the field except "Transcendent" monsters become halfed.

Transcendent Erinyes LVL 6 Spellcaster DARK 2400/2400

[Card Lore] During your Main Phase you can Normal Summon this card from your graveyard. Once per turn, if this card was Normal Summoned from the graveyard, set all face-up cards your opponent controls.

Transcendent Melinoe LVL 7 Spellcaster LIGHT 2800/2800

[Card lore] During your Main Phase you can Normal Summon this card from your graveyard with at least 1 Transcendent monster as a release. If this card was Normal Summoned from the graveyard apply the following effects depending on the turn players turn.

Your Turn: Negate the activation and effect of a Spell or Trap card that would target this card and destroy it.
Opponent's Turn: Negate the activation and effect of an Effect Monsters effect that would target this card and destroy it.

Transcendent Persephone LVL 8 Spellcaster DARK 3200/3200

[Card Lore] During your Main Phase you can Normal Summon this card from your graveyard with at least 1 "Transcendent" monster as a release. The effects of monsters that battle with this card are negated. Once per turn, if this card was succesfully Normal Summoned from the graveyard, you can select 1 "Transcendent" monster in your graveyard or on your side of the field. This card gains the selected monsters effect(s) untill the end phase of this turn.

Transcendent Mediator Lvl 9 Spellcaster LIGHT 3600/3600

[Card Lore] During your Main Phase you can Normal Summon this card from your graveyard by releasing 3 monsters. When a "Transcendent" monster you control would be destroyed (Either by battle or by Card Effect) you can send this card from your hand to the graveyard to negate it) This card cannot declare anattack.

Transcendent Titan Lvl 10 DARK 4000/4000

Transcendent Oracle - An okay card. Could possibly be considered overpowered, though. Especially if your opponent has an empty field.

Transcedent Scholar - Overpowered. Even without the Draw 1, its other effect allows for too many combos and potential overpowerment of the opponent.

Transcedent Priest - Overpowered as well, because of its last effect. I would make it "from the hand" instead of the Graveyard.

Transcendent Necromancer - Like I told you before, it's difficult to pick a balanced power for this sort of effect. The effect itself makes them all very versatile, so having a "good" effect otherwise actually makes them overpowered. The first effect or the second effect is fine, but not together. The second effect should also make them have to be in defense.

Transcendent Iacchus - "Halve the ATK of all other monsters on the field until the End Phase of the turn" would be better, in my opinion.

Transcendent Erinyes - I'd say to make it a single card that can be flipped face-down, not all.

Transcendent Melinoe - Balanced because it has to be targeted, and because it has to be Summoned from the grave for its effect.

Transcendent Persephone - Looks alright. Not much to say here.

Transcendent Mediator - More than balanced. Really underpowered, in my opinion. It should just need 2 Tributes, not 3, at the very least.
