that is a legal card and it skips Draw Phases, of course it isn't as easy as the Zaptos here, that card would be banned since the effect is almost the same as Yata-Garasu
but the reason Yata-Garasu was banned was because it was a spirit monster at the same time, you activate Chaos Emperor Dragon's effect, and wipe the field, then summon Yata-Garasu and attack directly, at the end phase Yata-Garasu returns to your hand, your opponent can't draw, then you repeat the process because Yata-Garasu will be in your hand again

but that aside, Zaptos is indeed OP, make it a more harder condition, i will leave that one up to you

if you guys didn't know there's a card that skips turns, even though it isn't easy to pull off

they are cool, not very unique but the idea is overall alright,
some of them are OP and some of them are UP

OCG isn't the best but it's understandable so it's alright

the reason the rating is that high is because of the pics lol, most people don't put in much effort on the pics these days in the pop culture section, so i'm happy to see some nice ones =D

ive been so busy i havent had time to make the other ones- they on way soon
and im not going to make the unova ones for all of them. i think some of them are just retarted.

well its only because theyre stupid. i like genesect, zekrom, reshiram, and kyurem. The 3 muskateer poke's, the cloud guys, and that stupid singer/dancer lady are just a huge turn off to me. but, if you and a few others request it, i shall make them.
