Since more replied, I'll end this one early :)

1) This hit in 1961 for Dion...

[s:84cc0986a3]a) The Wanderer[/s:84cc0986a3]

b) Runaround Sue

[s:84cc0986a3]c) I Wonder Why[/s:84cc0986a3]

Runaround Sue was a #1 hit for 2 weeks on Billboard's Top 100.

2) This hit in 1977 for Fleetwood Mac...

a) Dreams

[s:84cc0986a3]b) Say You Love Me[/s:84cc0986a3]

[s:84cc0986a3]c) Go Your Own Way[/s:84cc0986a3]

There was possible confusion on this one, Go Your Own Way was a hit in 1977, but it did not reach #1 in 1977, only #10. Dreams however did reach #1 on the Pop Charts. That was on June 18 to be exact

3) This hit in 1974 for Bo Donaldson and the Heywoods...

[s:84cc0986a3]a) Who Do You Think You Are[/s:84cc0986a3]

b) Billy, Don't Be A Hero

[s:84cc0986a3]c) The Night Chicago Died[/s:84cc0986a3]

Bo Donaldson and the Heywoods came out with Who Do You Think You Are and Billy, Don't Be A Hero in the same year, but Who Do You Think You Are did not do as well.

4) This hit in 1980 for George Jones...

[s:84cc0986a3]a) Golden Ring[/s:84cc0986a3]

[s:84cc0986a3]b) Grand Tour[/s:84cc0986a3]

c) He Stopped Loving Her Today

This was one of his best hits in his career. Before he recorded it, Jones did not think it would sell.

5) This 1960 for The Drifters...

[s:84cc0986a3]a) This Magic Moment[/s:84cc0986a3]

[s:84cc0986a3]b) There Goes My Baby[/s:84cc0986a3]

c) Save The Last Dance For Me

I've seem to mis-word this. I'm looking for #1 hits not just a hit :(

6) This 1969 hit for Elvis Presley...

a) Suspicious Minds

[s:84cc0986a3]b) Hound Dog

c) Are You Lonesome Tonight?[/s:84cc0986a3]

That was his comeback hit :) Good job.

7) This 1983 hit for Billy Joel...

[s:84cc0986a3]a) Piano Man

b) Movin' Out (Anthony's Song)[/s:84cc0986a3]

c) Uptown Girl

This was his only #1 hit in 1983.

8 ) This 1981 hit for Rick Springfield...

a) Jessie's Girl

[s:84cc0986a3]b) Love Is Alright Tonight

c) What Kind of Fool Am I[/s:84cc0986a3]

Jessie's Girl was his only #1 hit.

9) This 1970 sales hit for Elton John...

[s:84cc0986a3]a) Daniel[/s:84cc0986a3]

[s:84cc0986a3]b) Your Song[/s:84cc0986a3]

c) Border Song

Good work here.

10) This 2005 hit for Daniel Powter...

[s:84cc0986a3]a) Free Loop[/s:84cc0986a3]

b) Bad Day

[s:84cc0986a3]c) Lie To Me[/s:84cc0986a3]

Bad Day's been Daniel Powter's only #1 hit so far.

11) This 1980 hit for Willie Nelson...

a) On the Road Again

[s:84cc0986a3]b) Lucenbach, Texas

c) Always On My Mind [/s:84cc0986a3]

Luchenbach, Texas was made by Waylon Jennings (a good-throw off)

Winners:

Quicksilver - 8 Right (24 points)

Yugiohmasta444 - 8 Right (24 points)

Bhim was the only one to get #5 correct. My next post will have the new quiz.
