Your kidding me right?

Its a crime against DBZ, Scouter(s) do not increase attack or anything they only help the warrior that cant detect power levels to do so, and they also calculate a selected fighters power level and such.

And your wondering about why i rated your cards 5/10?

Also, other reasons why i chose to rate your cards that way:

1. I personally do not like the temp. very much.
2. Something i mentioned before the long over thought effects (it just seem that you run-out of ideas, so you decide to make them more complex).
3. Fake types, Fake sub-types & Most importantly Playability think about, if you just try to imagine playing with them it would be a pain too many effects and complex man just complex.

for the Scouter, I just put the ATK increase for.... well... nothin really....
