Somehow balanced, useful for the deck, would be semi-limited maybe.

It's bad. Really bad. Only way to use Exodia well is FTK. This doesn't help it even a little bit. And is Level 5. No, just no

if its made into a lv 4 it can be used (quickly) plus you can have like 3 of these in your deck using cards like mystic tomato and etc. to special summon this and putting the 5 pieces in your hand quickly for a super quick win

keeping it at lv 5 makes it less op'ed and more balanced but that just me

They're both so terrible that it's not even funny. First of all, Liberator needs a Tribute, and then be destryoed. Too slow to be used properly, Exodia is based around fast card drawing. And new card is just... useless. First of all, how would you win with Exodia if you just Tribute 3 pieces? Seriously, learn the game before you make cards

I'm sorry, but no matter what support cards you give to these Exodian cards, they'll always crumble in comparison to any Exodia FTK/OTK.
