It has been a long time since I did post a card on this page. But I have found this series - Puella Magi Madoka Magica - which inspired me to make this card. (The anime is ongoing, by the way). Effectwise, I did make her similar to Armed Samurai - Ben Kei, because the ability she uses in the anime fits to this kind of attack spamming in way, I do believe. In case you are wondering why she is Spellcaster-Type? Because she is a magical girl, according to the series. I intentionally made her ATK 1550, so she cannot be Special Summoned by the effect of Shining Angel (Magician's Circle still works, though). The search effect helps to get useful Equip Spell Cards to her.
EDIT: I added a second card - this little thing has the role of making contracts with girls to become magical girls. It is represented by the fact to allow Summoning weaker Spellcaster-Type monsters. It is also useful to get some fast Synchro Summons.

Good overall balance.Could be useful.

It's effect seems more like a warrior's effect though (not that there's rules on which types can have which effects, it's just how it's seems to me).

True - the effect has a "Warrior" feeling to it. I do believe it's sort of justified by the fact she uses magically summoned guns in the anime. I am glad you found it a balanced card.
On another note - I added another card to the set - "Kyubey".
