Tokyo Duel
Whirlwind Dragon + 1 or more Wind Non-Tuner monsters When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can destroy a number of Spell or Trap cards you control up to the number of monsters used for this card's Synchro Summon. This card gains 500 ATK for each card destroyed this way. Once per turn, you can inflict 300 points of damage to your opponent for each Spell and Trap card in your Graveyard. If you do, this card can not declare an attack this turn.
On a personal note, I'm not going to make Whirlwind Dragon, though it's a requried for it's summon. I may make it a written card, but I won't make it into a card, as I can't find any good images...
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
The effect is fine by me. Rather like Simorgh only more powerful. You could use cards like Dark Coffin and other cards that activate when they're destroyed. You could use it with Chain Whirlwind too. Nothing much to say although maybe the Tuner could be level 2 for less set up.
Tokyo Duel
I had imagined Whirlwind Dragon as a level one tuner that sets up Tempest for the destorying spell and traps. It can indeed be over powered, but you still have to destroy your own spell and traps, which can be a setback, in my opinion...

Tokyo Duel
In truth, Tempest Dragon is apart of an archetype of "Storm" cards that I thought of. Spells and Traps can only be activated when they're destroyed by a card effect, which is where "Storm" monsters come into play. In fact, I'm using that archetype in an RP both on here, and on my MSN RP with a friend...

It is simple. 9/10. (If you fix the OCG error 10/10)
