1 "Reptilianne" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
Once per turn, during either player's turn, when your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster, you can send 1 "Reptilianne" monster from your hand to the Graveyard to reduce the Summoned monster's ATK to 0. When this card destroys an opponent's monster with 0 ATK by battle, you can Special Summon 1 "Reptilianne" monster from your Graveyard.

Don't know why, but I like them. Figured they could use another Synchro, and here you go. Constructive Criticism appreciated :)

So long,

Spoon

Edit: Following the call for a better Tuner:

You can Special Summon this card from your hand by selecting 1 face-up monster you control with 1500 or more ATK. If you do, both monster's ATK becomes 0 and they cannot change their battle positions. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster, except for the Synchro Summon of a "Reptilianne" Synchro Monster.

So it's Viper + Medusa? Ok I guess, effect is cool. But seems a bit weak with ATK. Make it higher
Well, yes, or whatever you can take with Viper (a Monarch/Chaos Sorcerer/Goyo that ran into your Naga last turn maybe). Level 7 could be even harder to achieve I guess, and there is already a Level 6 (which would be the best option), the lack of decent Level 3s makes 5 hard too (while this place could be filled with Dandylion, if you're able to get him out)... so all that's left is 8 without getting ridiculous

Haven't changed the ATK since I decided to make the first effect "Once per turn", will fix it :P Does 2700 sound good?

Really, they need a better tuner first.

Reptillian Cards in order of good-ness:
Vaskii
Naga/Guardna (about tied)
Spawn
Medusa
Viper
The Rest

Not having a solid Tuner until that far down, when most of my Reptillain Decks I've used in the past don't even use Medusa since they can tech so well, is a pretty big hinderance in their Deck.

Totally agree on that matter... *goes off to make a Level 4 Reptilianne (specific) Tuner*

Edit: Done... I figure I could've gone a little too far with this :(

It's a shame:
Naga's a level too low to make Hydra
Gardna's ATK it too low to Summmon this off.

I know they tech well, but it still doesn't feel like they'd really be mad about playing this. Especially as they don't really care that much for reducing their own monster's ATK.

You're probably right about that... intended use was Scylla, though I know what you mean... and making it Level 5 would most likely be overkill.
But I know what you're thinking: Shouldn't we fix this. And hell, I'm going to... sometime later
