something im not quite sure about. if ur opponent skips there draw phase, then will they skip their whole turn considering they cant start it. thats the whole point of losing the duel when u have no cards left right? Kyakan
Skipping their Draw Phase just means that they don't draw a card at the start of their turn, not that they skip their whole turn.

Kyakan
If you mean they can summon it, nobody would ever take that trade-off. If they must, then it'd have to make it so that you can't attack during that turn, and/or let them summon a level 6 or below Synchro without summon conditions. Kyakan
That's good, yes. Although I'm a little iffy on the field size irrelevancy, that seems a little strange <.< I don't know how to put it in OCG form though, so I can't really tell. Nazryl
You can't use Solemn Judgment on Tenkabito Shien IIRC, and its effect is a lesser version of Arceus' The point of MST is to eliminate potential targets before they become threats, like if your opponent has a card that could potentially be game-changing, like Mirror Force, and you want to eliminate any risk of his face-down being that card, you can do it.
You could use Solemn on it. Continuous effects like that are only active when the card is on the field and using Solemn negates the Summon, the monster is counted as to have never hit the field, so the monsters effect can't be active. It is for this reason that you can Solemn a Jinzo when it has been Summoned. Monsters such as that are ot effected by Traps such as Bottomless Trap Hole as they are a response to the Summon and the monster in question is already on the field. To the TC: Boy Angel: Decent pic, pretty good OCG, balanced effectively. The only OCG error is that instead of 'increase the attack of one face up 'Angel' type monster by 700.' should be 'increase the ATK of one face-up 'Angel' monster by 700.' Also, a permanent increase of 700 might be a little good. Girl Angel: Ok pic, lack of flavor text makes me sad. 2100 ATK makes it stronger than even Gene-Warped Warwolf, which might make it a little too strong <.<
