This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by the effect of "Meteor Server". The Summon of this card cannot be negated. Your deck can only contain 1 "Galaxy End" monster. If this card is in your hand, you can reveal it to your Opponent and select 1 face-up "Admin" monster you control, and increse its ATK by 300 until the End Phase. At that time, shuffle this card into your deck and draw 1 card. When this card is Summoned, the opponent selects 2 cards at random from his/her hand and discards them. If this card would be removed from the field by a card effect the opponent controls, the following effect activates by selecting that card. The opponent must discard 1 card from his/her hand. If he/she cannot, then negate the activate and effect of the selected card and destroy it. If this card destroys an Opponent's monster by battle, inflict 1000 damage to the Opponent's Lifepoints.

Once per turn, If this card is in your Graveyard, you can Remove from play the top 7 cards of your deck to add this card to your hand. The activation and effect of this card cannot be negated.

Satellite Impact -Spell-
Activate only at the start of your Main Phase 1. Send 1 "Admin" monster from your hand and 1 from your deck to the Graveyard and destroy all cards on the field. If you activate this effect, you cannot Summon or Set any monsters this turn, or during the Opponent's next turn.

Spacial Rend -Quick-Play Spell-
Activate while you control an "Admin" monster. Send 1 "Admin" monster from your deck to your graveyard and inflict 2000 damage to both player's Lifepoints. You cannot conduct your battle Phase the turn you activate this effect, and you can only activate 1 "Spacial Rend" per turn.
