If your rate will be lowered because of those 2 factors, I'll ignore your rate and will be ignoring ALL your comments on my cards. I expect to get comments about card's usablity, playablity and balance. If you don't know how to rate any of those 3 factors, don't comment.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 3 face-up Defense Position monsters you control to the Graveyard. Neither player can conduct their Battle Phase. Once per turn, you can send 1 face-up Defense Position monster you control to the Graveyard to inflict damage to your opponent equal to the sent monster's DEF. If this card would be destroyed by a card effect, you can return it to your Deck instead and draw 1 card.

Sending 3 Defense Position monsters from your side of the field to the Grave to get out a 4000 wall....not bad. Lots of ways to getting all your monsters in Defense really fast, like the obvious switching to Defense, or by card effects. Neither player conducting their Battle Phase? This just leaves burn and mill left to get the win, which both strategies aren't really used as much anymore. But to be honest, if your running this card, not being able to conduct the Battle Phase most likely won't be a drawback for you at all. The card has a built in DEF burn, depending on the DEF of the monster that was in Defense Position that you sent from your field to the Grave. This makes this a must for cards that have decent walls of Level 3-4 monsters with 1800-2000(+) DEF. It's last effect seems a bit random. I expected it to be a built in protection effect from being removed from the field, not going with the flow and just recycling itself to the Deck to fetch you a free draw. Overall, it doesn't seem that competitive, but best for stalling like crazy. A bit original, kinda 50/50. Balance somewhat questionable, since once again, if your running it, you'll get the upper hand 90% of the time. Needs a dedicated Deck to be used for full potential and whatnot. Overall, 7.7/10

Let's say you only have monsters with a DEF of 2000 or more in your deck. If each turn you draw a monster, your opponent loses automatically after 4 of your turns.

And if your opponent figures a way to destroy it in his 3 turns, you just send it back to your deck and draw 1 card?

That's overpowered.

But it's a nice card for burn or mill decks
