This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all Dragon-Type monsters your opponent controls. For each card destroyed your opponent draws 1 card. When this card is equipped with an Equip Spell Card, you can send it to the Graveyard to destroy 1 Dragon-Type monster your opponent controls. If you do and the Dragon-Type monster's ATK are higher than this cards, you lose Life Points equal to the difference between that card's original ATK and this card's ATK. For each Dragon-Type monster destroyed by this card's effect, this card loses 100 ATK. When this card is destroyed by battle, Special Summon 1 "Dragon Slayer" monster from your hand or Deck.[/spoiler][/font][/center]

Love the picture, effect is good, Japanese is cool, So i rate it 9/10 good job! (I said it was balanced but im a noob to this stuff, so i wouldn't put all your thought into this post...)

Very good, the effect is a little OP'd, but that's good when it comes to Yugioh cards (100 ATK drain could be 200) Plus, you could just use DCJ, but the drawing thing balances that out.
